Make serious enquiries
easier to turn into action.
System Current designs and operates enquiry-to-quote workflows for businesses where customer requests arrive with project details, documents, photographs, deadlines or follow-up requirements. The system handles repeatable intake, completeness, routing and tracking while final pricing, technical judgment and commercial approval remain with the client team.
- A consistent intake path for customer, project and supporting-document information.
- Earlier visibility into missing information before the request reaches an expert reviewer.
- Clear routing, ownership and deadlines instead of important requests sitting in individual inboxes.
- Approved follow-up and status tracking around the tools the business already uses.
- A better audit trail of what arrived, what was requested and where the opportunity stands.
- Current enquiry and quote-process mapping.
- Intake schema covering the information and files actually needed for review.
- Form, inbox or CRM connections appropriate to the existing stack.
- Configured completeness, routing and approved follow-up rules.
- Quote-packet or scope-summary preparation where appropriate.
- Deadline, status and outcome reporting within the agreed process boundary.
A practical implementation process.
The scope is based on the existing website, tools, customer journey and operating constraints. The goal is to improve a real business process, not add technology without a clear use.

Connect

Operate
Measure completeness, handoff time, exceptions and follow-up coverage while keeping final decisions with the client.

Clear answers before the project starts.
Does System Current calculate final quote prices?
No. Final pricing, engineering assumptions, labour or material judgment, contractual language and commercial approval remain with the client’s authorized team.
Do we need a new CRM?
Not necessarily. The preferred approach is to integrate with systems that already work. A new CRM or database is considered only when the existing setup cannot support the required process reliably.
Can customers upload drawings or project files?
Yes, when file collection is part of the quote process. The implementation should define accepted files, storage, permissions and how those documents are associated with the opportunity.
Can the system follow up automatically?
Approved acknowledgements, missing-information requests and configured quote follow-up can be automated within agreed rules. Ambiguous situations and commercial conversations should route to a person.
