These terms apply to your use of systemcurrent.com, including the public pages, the enquiry forms, the free tools and the Client Hub sign-in area. By using the website you accept them.

They are not a services agreement. Where System Current is engaged to carry out work, the scope, fees, timelines, ownership and responsibilities for that work are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

This website is operated by System Current, a web design and business systems company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

You may read, share and reference the pages on this website. Please do not:

• Attempt to gain access to the Client Hub, administrative areas, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with the operation of the website, its forms, its tools or the infrastructure behind them.
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form, or submit another person’s personal information without their knowledge.
• Use automated systems to submit forms, or to collect content from the site at a volume or rate that affects its availability for others.

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity. It starts a conversation. System Current may decline an enquiry, and either party may end the conversation at any point before an agreement is signed.

Any price range published on this website is indicative and is offered to help you judge whether a conversation is worth having. A binding price applies only once it appears in a written proposal or agreement for your specific project, after the scope has been discussed.

Where a page describes a typical timeline, that description reflects past projects of a similar shape. It is not a commitment for your project.

The website checker and the automation ROI calculator are provided as they are, for general information. Each tool states its own limits on its page, and those limits are part of these terms.

• The website checker inspects publicly available HTML and conventional endpoints. It does not prove that a form delivers, and it does not measure rankings, conversion rate, accessibility conformance or security posture.
• The ROI calculator arithmetic runs on figures you enter. Its output is a scenario, not a promise of cash savings, recovered time or return on investment.

Do not rely on either tool as the sole basis for a commercial, technical or financial decision.

The guides, checklists and research published on this website describe general practice and observed data. They are not tailored advice for your business, and the buyer guides in particular describe market-wide implementation models rather than System Current’s own price list.

Research datasets published here may be quoted and reused with attribution to System Current and a link to the report they came from. Each report states its own methodology, sample and limitations; please carry those limitations with any figure you quote.

Nothing on this website is legal, accounting, tax, engineering, financial or investment advice. System Current builds websites and business systems; it does not make pricing, engineering, legal or contractual decisions on your behalf, and it does not replace the professionals who do.

Where a system built by System Current organizes information for a decision, the decision itself stays with the people who are qualified and accountable for it.

The Client Hub is available to clients of System Current. If you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed by someone who should not have access to it.

Access is organization-scoped: an account can see the records belonging to the organizations it is a member of. Plans, billing and any payment details are handled by Stripe, as described in the privacy policy.

System Currentmay suspend an account where it is being used in a way that breaks these terms or puts other clients’ information at risk.

The text, design, code, guides and research published on this website belong to System Current unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to them with attribution. Republishing a page or a guide in full, or presenting it as your own work, is not permitted.

Client and project names, logos, screenshots and marks shown in the portfolio belong to the businesses that own them and appear here to describe work that was carried out.

When you submit information through a form, you keep ownership of it. You give System Current permission to use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the agreed work.

This website links to other websites and relies on third-party services, including those named in the privacy policy. System Current does not control those services or the content of external sites, and linking to a site is not an endorsement of it.

This website is provided as it is. System Current does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that every page will be free of error, or that the tools will always be able to reach the websites they check.

Pages, services, tools and these terms may change. Where a service described here is discontinued, its page is redirected rather than left to fail. The version of these terms published on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.
