Included with System Current Growth

Website requests and customer-side operations in one secure Client Hub.

The Client Hub is the authenticated workspace included with Growth. Clients can submit website updates, attach files, track request status and use the included customer, job and quote tools without rebuilding the account context across separate email threads and disconnected systems.

The difference

Growth is more than website hosting.

The public website is the front door. The Client Hub is where the ongoing relationship lives: website requests, files, account context and the included customer-side operating tools. It does not make every possible custom request part of the subscription; it gives included work and separately scoped work one durable context.

What Growth clients can do

The core Client Hub and Business OS features already in use.

01

Secure client login

Each client account is connected to its organization. The portal only exposes records that belong to an organization the signed-in user is a member of.

02

Submit website update requests

Describe the change, choose the request type, point to the page that needs attention and include a preferred deadline when useful.

03

Upload photos, short videos and files

Attach the material needed for the update directly to the request. Files are stored privately and tied to that request instead of scattered across email threads.

04

Manage customers and jobs

Growth includes practical customer records and a job pipeline so the same account can support more than the public website alone.

05

Create and follow up on quotes

Use Quick Quotes, customer approval, reusable price-book items and supported follow-up tools without leaving the Growth workspace.

06

Billing and account context

The hub can show Growth billing cadence, included support, Stripe billing access and supported account actions in the same authenticated environment.

How an update moves

From client request to a tracked next step.

01

Submit

The client signs in and creates a request instead of trying to reconstruct the right email thread or explain the history again.

02

Attach context

The page URL, description, photos, short videos, documents and preferred timing stay attached to the same request.

03

System Current receives it

A new request creates a tracked record and sends an internal notification so the work can enter the operating queue with the relevant context already attached.

04

Track the outcome

The request remains visible with status and activity history. Work included in Growth can move directly into delivery; work outside the standardized scope can be quoted separately without losing the original context.

Less back-and-forth

The information stays attached to the work.

Disconnected process
System Current Growth
Finding the right old email thread
One request record with its history
Photos and documents spread across messages
Files attached to the request they belong to
Repeatedly asking whether a request was received
Visible request status in the Client Hub
Explaining the same page or change again
Page URL, description and assets stay together
Unclear support scope
Growth scope and billing cadence shown in the account
Separate tools for every customer-side step
Website requests and Business OS tools in one authenticated workspace
Private by design

Requests and files are scoped to the client organization.

Request records and uploaded assets are tied to an organization. Private storage uses organization-based paths, and database Row Level Security checks organization membership before a client can read or create corresponding records.

Frequently asked questions

How the Growth Client Hub works.

Is the Client Hub included with Growth?

Yes. The Client Hub is part of the active Growth relationship. Monthly and annual are billing cadences for the same Growth product, not separate service tiers.

Can I upload photos and videos for website updates?

Yes. The request form accepts photos, short videos and common business files. The current upload limit is up to 10 files per request and 25 MB per file, and the files are stored in a private request-assets area tied to the client's organization and request.

Does every request avoid a quote?

No. Work included in Growth can move directly through the managed process. A request outside the standardized scope may still need a separate quote or approval, but the Client Hub keeps the description, page, files and request history together so the conversation does not restart from zero.

What operating tools are included?

Growth includes the enquiry pipeline, customer CRM, job pipeline, Quick Quotes with online approval, automatic quote follow-up, reusable Price Book and Google review request automation described on the Growth page.

Can I manage billing in the Client Hub?

Where billing is configured, the Client Hub provides access to Stripe billing information and supported account actions. Cancellation and offboarding are handled through the Growth account flow so service-end, website-grace and data-export dates remain visible and consistent.

Is the Client Hub sold as a separate SaaS product?

No. It is the client and Business OS layer included with System Current Growth. Custom software or workflow work beyond the included Business OS is separately scoped.
